Jobing Description

Responsible for the day-to-day management of services and coordination of employees of the CCC department consistent with The Elizabeth Hospice policies and procedures. Participates in the development and implementation of both strategic and operational marketing and program planning. Responsible for achieving the CCC‚s objectives related to growth, quality and customer service. Assures compliance with State and Federal regulations regarding the obtaining and processing of client information. Works to foster collaborative relationships between CCC and other departments to achieve optimal communication and an effective continuum of services.
Contributes to the production and distribution of agency-wide print and electronic communication materials; assuring consistent representation of the CCC/hospice‚s mission, identity and the key messaging of the Center for Compassionate Care. Participates in the development of the annual department budget and ensure that expenditures are within established guidelines, within budget. Maintains ongoing systems for evaluation of efficiency, benefit to community and quality of services. Displays an ongoing commitment to excellence in customer service to both internal/external customers.

Skills / Requirements

License/Education/Qualifications Required: Bachelor‚s degree in marketing, health care/ management, communications or related area. Three-Five years‚ experience in one of the above fields. Five years supervisory or management experience with demonstrated increasing accountabilities. Familiarity with hospice industry or bereavement/ serious illness related services.

Additional Qualifications Preferred: Background of counseling services helpful but not required Familiarity with Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation
