We are currently looking for a LVN to join our growing team!

Help staff with Continuous Care cases, help cover PTO, help with team LVN visits. Provide direct patient care incl. IV starts, venipuncture, dressing changes, collaboration with interdisciplinary team. Assist with field visits as needed.

Skills / Requirements

License/Education/Qualifications Required:
CA LVN license, Current CA Driver's license and proof of auto insurance and one year acute care experience. Must be able to work 2 weekends/month.

Additional Qualifications Preferred:
Hospice, Home Health, and/or SNF experience, IV and blood withdrawal certification
