Jobing Description

Responsible for answering all calls and following up in a timely manner. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, and use proper phone etiquette at all times. Is responsible for taking control of every call and scheduling care plan visits in accordance with the department and agency expectations.

This is a part time postion working Fri-Sun at our Escondido office.

Skills / Requirements

License/Education/Qualifications Required: Minimum experience of 1-2 years in healthcare related field. Current CA Driver‚s License and proof of insurance. Additional Qualifications Preferred: Excellent customer service skills. Spanish-speaking preferred. Ability to answer phones, maintains patient referral records, and schedule appointments. Demonstrates proficiency in use of Word, Excel, hospice database and other Office Programs.
