Jobing Description

Performs advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical duties in support of the Compliance and Education programs; Prepares correspondence, reports and materials for publications and presentations; Submits statistical and benchmarking data to outside organizations for public reporting; Compiles and analyzes data for auditing and reporting purposes; Sets up, coordinates and attends Compliance and Education related meetings; Creates, transcribes and distributes meeting agenda and minutes; Maintains calendar of activities, meetings and various events; coordinates activities with other departments, the public and outside organizations.

Skills / Requirements

A minimum of 4-5 years‚ experience in an increasingly responsible administrative position; Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications; Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Positive and professional verbal and written communication skills; Requires professionalism and experience to interface with all levels of management and personnel; Excellent interpersonal skills; Work requires attention to detail, excellent organization skills and discretion with confidential information; Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional travel.
